What this site does not do
No cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising. Fonts are served from this site itself, so your browser contacts no third party while you read it.
The booking form on the home page does not send data to this site. It opens your own email program with a draft to hello@imagine-ai.build. If you send that message, the e-mail section below applies. The page keeps no copy of what you typed.
The "Choose a time" button opens the booking calendar of Cal.com, Inc. (United States). Nothing is loaded from Cal.com until you click it. If you book a call, Cal.com processes your name, e-mail, the time you pick and any notes you add, under its own privacy policy (cal.com/privacy), and the call takes place in Google Meet. We use these details only to hold the call and follow up on it.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on GitLab Pages (GitLab Inc.). When you open a page, the hosting servers process technical data that every web request carries — IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system — to deliver the page and keep the service secure. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in running a secure website). GitLab may process this data in the United States; transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
If you write to us, we use your address and message only to answer and, if a project follows, to carry it out. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Mail is hosted by Migadu (Switzerland, a country with an EU adequacy decision). We keep correspondence as long as it is needed for the conversation and for statutory retention periods.

The team section links to LinkedIn. Following such a link takes you to that site, where its own privacy policy applies.
Your rights
You may ask us for access to, correction or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Write to hello@imagine-ai.build. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority — in Estonia the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, or the authority where you live or work.
