Five practitioners.
One standard.
Judgement only comes from having built the thing before — through scale, acquisition, regulation and the years after launch, when somebody has to keep it running. An Estonian firm: operated by an Estonian company, and three of the five partners live and work in Tallinn. The chips under each name are not Imagine AI client logos.
Twenty years in software, eight as CTO. Founded BORA Systems and AxlBrains, took a document platform through an enterprise acquisition, and has led distributed teams of up to 120.
PhD in Computer Engineering. Driving force behind several deep tech software platforms. Directly delivered to demanding customers, such as Airbus Defence and Space, CERN, European Space Agency, other large corporations and small enterprises. A public speaker, business adviser and former researcher, he often connects university research with commercial execution.
Co-founder and CTO of Supplied, EU tax-compliance software for digital platforms — DAC7, DAC8 and KYC, with an AI agent running in production. Previously at Bolt. Writes Software Architecture Weekly, read by around 10,000 engineers, architects and CTOs.
More than twenty years in product design across SaaS and fintech — design systems, AI agent design, zero-to-one products and the user side of systems that have to survive real operations. Has led design teams of up to 55 designers.

08 Before you book

Who is this for?
CTOs, CEOs and engineering leaders who have a software decision they cannot settle from inside the company.
Do you replace our engineers?
No. We do not take a seat on your payroll. A named partner, operators and reviewed AI work join your people for a scope you agree.
Can you work with vendors we already have?
Yes. We work beside your team and your vendors. On our engagements the named partner has the final say on architecture and on who works on the build.
Are you an AI-only shop?
No. Most of the code can come from AI. Most of the work does not. People specify the work, review the output, and gate the release.
How do you protect our code and confidential data?
Access, retention and IP are written down before work starts. We do not put your code into a public model. Data stays where you decide. A build does not start until those terms are signed.
What happens after the assessment?
You get a written verdict. You can stop. You can ask for a deeper assessment, or for delivery. Delivery starts only after scope, acceptance tests, milestones and a budget are agreed.
How quickly can you begin?
